The properties range from low-, mid-, and high-rise condominiums and co-operatives; lifestyle and active adult communities; and mixed-use properties. 

AssetPro administers client annual operating budgets of more than $2.5 million and overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of more than 1700 residences. Services include traditional management services; on-site staffing and property services; risk and association compliance and specialty financial products.
